Five Board members are elected to two-year terms and are responsible for the affairs of the community. Open board meetings are held monthly, where decisions are made regarding the fiscal responsibility of the community as well as oversight of the committees that deal with the maintenance, safety and security, architecture and landscape plans of the neighborhood. The Board is also responsible for the implementation of the By-Laws and CC&R’s.
